He has built and scaled multiple pest control companies—including Safe Home and Ardent Pest Control—from the ground up, and now serves as CXO and co-owner of Alta Pest Control. His leadership journey began with early roles at Disney World and as head manager of one of Southeast Idaho’s largest retail stores. With a background that also includes leadership positions at Terminix and Moxie, Aaron combines operational excellence with a deep passion for people and purposeful growth. An Eagle Scout and returned missionary, Aaron holds a degree in History Education and is driven by the belief that meaningful work can be transformational.
