Based on what we find, we’ll recommend the best exclusion approach and provide you with a clear estimate. We’ll also explain which level of protection makes sense for your home, whether that’s basic ground-level sealing or full roof-to-foundation exclusion.
Once approved, we’ll begin by prepping the attic. That includes knocking down trails, sanitizing the space, and guiding animals out using humane methods like lights and movement. From there, we seal off entry points on the roof, eaves, and ground level. We reinforce garage doors, fill cracks larger than ¼ inch, and cover weep holes with breathable mesh. To prevent rodents from coming back, we place bait boxes around your home’s exterior and refill them as needed.
After your service, we include two-week follow-ups until the issue is fully resolved. Our wildlife exclusion service comes with a one-year rodent warranty, and for complete exclusions, you can upgrade to a lifetime warranty for long-term protection. If anything comes up, we’ll be there to take care of it.
